Access and Membership

Access to Zawagny Matrimonial is free. However, we will in future offer Premium Memberships, which allow members to promote their profiles on various features such as Premium Interest Wall, Inbox, Search Results, Emails, Chat, SMS, Video Chat, and more.

Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

To use Zawagny Matrimonial, you must register as a member on our website, community sites, or mobile applications (“Site”). This platform operates as an intermediary, as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member." The term "Member" refers to a person who voluntarily submits information to the Site, whether they use the service as a free or paid member. The term "User" refers to a person who actively uses the Site to promote their profile for matchmaking purposes.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and promote/advertise your profile to other Members and utilize the matchmaking service ("Service"), please read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process.

By using the Service, you consent to submit your personally identifiable information, including sensitive personal data such as financial data (if opting for our paid membership (Knowing that there are no current membership fees till we reach one million member)), identity proofs (if submitted), etc., for the purpose of providing the Service and enabling contact by other Members. If you have any objections to the collection/processing of your personal data, we advise you not to register with our Site.

If you wish to withdraw this consent or object to the continuous collection or storage of your personal details, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account by sending an email from your registered email ID  as we cannot provide any Service without your personally identifiable information.

Eligibility

To register as a Member of Zawagny Matrimonial or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of Egypt or the intended country. The site is designed to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliances between individuals who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws they are subject to. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

If at any time we believe that you are not eligible to become a member or have made any misrepresentation, or violated any provisions of the Terms of Use or applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Service without any refund of your unutilized subscription fee.
